STONE READY TO ROLL IN SUN CITY SHOWPIECE

Brandon Stone will make his third appearance in the Nedbank Golf Challenge hosted by Gary Player at Sun City from November 8-11, with the young star hoping for another South African victory in the penultimate Rolex Series event on the European Tour’s Race to Dubai. Stone claimed the third European Tour victory of his career when he won the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open in July with a final round of 60 and in the fifth Rolex Series tournament of the season. THE LINKS AT FANCOURT RECOGNIZED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE

The Links at Fancourt designed by Gary Player has retained its prestigious designation as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, cementing its world-class reputation for environmental excellence and sustainability and making it one of only two courses in South Africa and 905 across the world to have achieved this outstanding global benchmark. The Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses is run by Audubon International, a US-based non-profit organization that facilitates and promotes the sustainable management of land, water, wildlife and other natural resources in all places people live, work and play. It is designed to help golf courses plan, organize, implement and document a comprehensive environmental management program and to recognize outstanding achievements in this respect. The rigorous certification process requires golf courses to demonstrate that they are maintaining a high degree of environmental quality in key areas, including environmental planning, wildlife and habitat management, outreach and education, chemical use […]
