According to Gary Player, men can learn a lot from women, especially in golf, and he should know! His wife Vivienne hit two holes-in-one in one round!
According to Gary Player, men can learn a lot from women, especially in golf, and he should know! His wife Vivienne hit two holes-in-one in one round!
He says:
Men often need to be more conservative in club selection - women are; they know that the best position from which to attach the green is the middle of the fairway. The women pros have a fantastic tempo and don�t rely on brute force to try and smack the ball; women concentrate on rhythm and acceleration through the ball. They are all about timing; they show beautiful balance in the follow through; they are better at the short game because they practice this more; they have a better diet than men and we know that diet and fitness is an important part of the game.
