Gary Player Real Estate’s First Project Underway and More to Come

Almost twelve months following the announcement of the company’s first real estate development in the United States, the Gary Player Estates at Mountain Park, South Carolina, the real estate division is actively working with the Mountain Park community on a variety of fronts - from golf course design to the construction of the Gary Player Group’s corporate headquarters.

Industry experts cite a healthy real estate market and, all over the world, Gary Player Real Estate is working to extend the Player brand to residential real estate, golf resort, equestrian and other high-quality communities - many of which feature Gary Player-designed courses as the centerpiece of the development. Gary Player Real Estate projects are under consideration in various parts of the globe, four of which are in the late stages of evaluation. These developments are primarily residential retreats in gated environments, including five-star caliber resort operations.
