Gary Player Real Estate is evolving as an important catalyst in many new Gary Player-designed golf course projects, as developers are seeking to take advantage of extending the Player brand to select high-end residential products. Gary Player Real Estate, led by industry veteran Ken Costanzo, has in its initial year, signed deals in the United States and British Columbia, and is currently in discussions with a variety of other developers globally.

The Real Estate division is working with some of the leading architectural firms to envision and create Gary Player-branded real estate products. The objective is to create unique interior and exterior designs that fit with the local look and feel of the community in which our architecture is placed. In addition, Gary Player-branded architecture always captures a South African flair that makes each neighborhood a representation of Gary Player’s image and lifestyle. Two new products include the Gary Player Estates and Gary Player Golf Villas, which will come to market in 2007.
