CostaBaja Resort & Marina in La Paz, Mexico is thrilled to announce the latest addition to its remarkable resort community - The CostaBaja Golf Club. La Paz, a quaint fishing town situated on the Sea of Cortez, has recently seen a steady climb in tourism - with golf, boating and snorkeling being the attractions.

The 18-hole golf course by Gary Player Design is set in spectacular surroundings overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Each hole will reveal panoramic sea views and the course will complement the unique desert-by-the-sea landscape. The spectacular site speaks for itself as to why the design company chose this as its first project in Mexico.

Just as Parque Reforma is dedicated to preserving the delicate ecosystem at CostaBaja Resort & Marina, Gary Player Design is committed to giving back to nature by creating golf courses in harmony with the natural topography and environment. Together, this partnership will ensure the preservation and enhancement of this special resort community.

The development will include new VistaMar Residences, a luxurious Esp�ritu Spa and the full-service CostaBaja Beach Club. Player’s talented design team has commenced work on the project and Gary Player has committed to attending the grand opening in late 2008.
