Plans are underway for a Gary Player-designed golf course that will become part of the exclusive Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque resort in the Canary Islands. The site on the island of Tenerife gently slopes up from the Atlantic Ocean, and on the adjacent side, stretches along a natural ravine.
Known as ‘the island of eternal spring,’ Tenerife has become one of Europe�s most popular destinations for holiday-makers. With golf being an integral part of warm-climate tourism industries and Gary Player being the international traveler that he is, it was a natural decision for the owners of the Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque to enhance the facility with an 18-hole Gary Player Signature golf course.
