1990 Senior PGA Championship
With one of the strongest fields ever assembled for the oldest professional senior event in golf, Gary Player coasted to his third PGA Seniors’ Championship with a 7-under-par 281. Player finished two strokes ahead of runner-up Chi Chi Rodriguez and four strokes ahead of Jack Nicklaus and Lee Trevino to earn the winner’s check of $75,000.
