Project Detail - Wildstone Residential Resort

Wildstone Residential Resort is located at the epicenter of more Rocky Mountain adventures than you could experience in a lifetime.

 

Gary Player has partnered with Havaday Development, supporting the creation of Wildstone.  The Community is being built around 36 holes of golf by Gary Player Design, an intimate village with boutique shops, restaurants and galleries, a lodge with spa and conference facilities, and numerous other resort-styled amenities.  Embraced by a ponderosa pine forest punctuated with grassy meadows and rugged rock outcrops, the homes in Wildstone enjoy unbelievable views as they gaze dreamily toward the western edge of the Canadian Rocky Mountains and lofty Fisher Peak. Among Wildstone’s diverse real estate options are custom single-family homes on a variety of homesite sizes, side-by-side villas, multifamily town homes, lock ‘n’ leave condominiums, and estate homes.

Wildstone will introduce the exclusive Gary Player Cabins, nestled among the pines between the eighteenth green and the Clubhouse.  Ideal for corporate getaways or family get-togethers, each Cabin will feature a spacious great room with stone fireplace, fully appointed gourmet kitchen and dining area, and four oversized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and walk-in closet.
