Ken Costanzo, President

brief description Ken Costanzo is President of Player Real Estate and is responsible for the worldwide development of high-end residential real estate, golf resort, equestrian and other amenity developments. In this capacity, he leads development teams from initial envisioning stages through the full project completion, including sales and marketing strategy and programs.

Mr. Costanzo hails from a broad global business background and has established a strong track record in real estate development, along with an extensive background in senior operations and business development roles for Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining the Gary Player Group, Mr. Costanzo was the Chief Operations Officer of The Cliffs Communities (USA). There he was accountable for the general management of all of The Cliffs’ domestic and international operations spanning seven master-planned residential and golf club developments in the U.S. and 3 international properties in Chile and British Columbia. Also, he was responsible for The Cliff’s fiscal management and implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives.

Previously, Mr. Costanzo was President of Executive Solutions, Inc., a worldwide marketing consulting and business development company. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development for the largest operating Division of W.R. Grace and Co., a $7 billion corporation whose business included construction, restaurant, retail, and packaging operations.  In this role, Mr. Costanzo was responsible for over 170 managers and professional employees working in 26 countries around the world.

Mr. Costanzo holds both a BA and Masters degree and is a published business author.

Jamie Aquino, Executive Assistant

brief description Jamie Aquino services the needs of Player Real Estate clients around the world. Responsibilities include liaising with existing and prospective clients and providing them with information on all aspects relating to the services Player Real Estate renders. Additionally, she provides full support to the President by gathering, analyzing and communicating all required information for active real estate projects.

Previously, Aquino served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer of The Cliffs Communities, where she was involved in a wide variety of projects. Prior to working for The Cliffs, she spent several years in the professional recruiting industry, recruiting individuals for the legal, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing fields.

Jamie is a graduate of Clemson University where she holds a Bachelors degree in International Business.
